Effective people + culture solutions start with getting to know your business. We want to know what your top challenges are, the age and stage of your organization, what (if any) people infrastructure you have in place, and your people goals. We take extra-special effort to get to know your business by traveling to your offices or locations/boutiques, experiencing your product, and/or preparatory research.

If you’re unsure what you need, don’t worry! We know the right questions to ask to get started.

2. We’ll set big, juicy goals together

Based on your needs we’ll establish goals and deliverables, and 2-3 options to fit your budget and timeline.

3. Sit back, relax - and let your people people work their magic

Your “people people” will get to work, allowing you to focus your energy where you’re needed most. We can work collaboratively, and provide you with weekly status updates by phone, email or video so that we can discuss our progress together. We will ensure that the final deliverables meet your expectations and are aligned with the big, juicy goals we created at the outset.

4. We work with you to deploy new initiatives

Whether we’re working on an employee engagement survey, a return to office strategy or developing your approach to performance evaluations, we work with you to deploy new initiatives so that we can measure the efficacy and support you in any adjustments to ensure their success. The People People is your partner from inception to roll out and adoption.
