I act as a fractional people leader for anywhere from 10 to 40 hours a week.  A fractional senior HR leader is ideal for early stage organizations who do not have the budget to hire a full time resource, organizations managing a key vacancy on their HR team or who need a coach/mentor to ‘level up’ their existing team.

With over 13 years of experience in employee and labor relations, The People People can help you to ensure that your employee and labor relations strategy is aligned with your business goals.  I believe that all employees should have access to information about their rights and responsibilities as an employee and to have access to education about the purpose of labor organizations and to make an informed decision on union membership.
